Mark brings over 20 years of land development, home building, and real estate sales experience to the partnership. He has held key Regional and Divisional President positions with major public and private homebuilders, including KB Homes, Lennar, Richmond American Homes, and Warmington Residential.
KYLE BURKETT

Partner | Director | Chief Compliance Officer

After being deployed on combat tours in Africa and The Middle East, Kyle was honorably discharged from the United States Army in 2016. He has earned his Bachelors Degree in Business Management and is currently a J.D. candidate attending law school. Kyle coordinates the preparation of contracts, contract amendments and ensures compliance with legislation. He analyzes the business operations of Marison Construction in order to minimize current liabilities and to prevent potential future liabilities; and works with contractors to resolve problems. Kyle is also an the newest member of the Board of Directors for Marison Construction, is a multiple business owner and sits on the Board of Directors for multiple other privately held companies.

MICHELE ROWSON

Manager of Accounting

Michele oversees the daily accounting, payables, receivables, banking, QuickBooks, and general accounting for Marison Construction. She is a liaison with the management assisting in overall operations of both offices and employee activity as well as company marketing. Michele is as a registered Broker Assistant handling all the marketing and appointments as well
as an Open House Assistant.
MONTANA ROWSON

Montana has earned her Bachelors Degree in Business Management as well as two Associate Degrees. She oversees the marketing campaigns and branding techniques for Marison Construction, from brainstorming ideas to implementing large-scale plans. Montana also conducts research and analyzes trends to develop marketing strategies and new content for Social Media. In addition, she is also Marison Construction's in-house Graphic Designer, Cinematographer, Photographer, and Photo & Video Editor as well. Lastly, Montana is also a multi-business owner and sits on the Board of Directors for multiple other privately held companies.
BILL BUSH

Bill feels blessed to have spent his entire working life doing something that he loves, providing quality shelter for people. As such, he brings over 30 years of senior management experience in land development, single and multi-family construction, as well as purchasing and warranty.
